I’ve passed thru a lot, and I will share more in more Depth and Detail, with a Personal Slant over at http://andersabrahamsson.org in due time. All in all – A Personal/Private turmoil over the last half-a-year, since coming out from a dangerously long clinical depression and high anxiety period of two years - in synch, fully, with that P-word we do not mention! – beyond the acute grief 6months, in shock of losing our son Mika, in 2019, in August 1st. First half-a-year was pain-ridden with Endorphines banging on with a maximum to deal with pain - a dosage ending in the beginning of 2020.
Sorrow, prevailing, but changing faces and appearances over time.
I got out from the Low Life in March, and then went into a kinda Hyper Mode, with all my LifeJoy and The Creator’s Power Returned – feeling a Full Life RE:CLAIMED! How? That is to be shared thru my main Personal Blog, LongForm! A learning story, in itself! That I want to share, as a Lesson in Life, in the open.
At the same time, the work demands on the Group Living Facility in Norrköping Municipality I was having a temp work part-time, got an increased workload more-or-less overnight. And – with my regained energy, it was drained immediately. Two months later, I suffered a mainly work-life-related collapse and burn-out, with a combination of as much Ethical Stress as Practical Workload Overflow, together with a resulting Cognitive Lapse, ultimately leading to a Full Collapse - the third in eight years. I have being on sick-leave, but with a Swedish Authority Glitch, I am fighting Bureaucracy, currently – in the process to get a Formal Work Training, hopefully landing in January in full.
Patience is my Middle Name, and Endurance is my Last!
With that lengthier intro, I share some Insight Breakthroughs of latter rounds of Life.
💡 Main Insight Breakthroughs - Creative Flows And Their Outlets!
I’ve finally landed in a combination of how to use my capacities, and found the balanced sharing of my Multi-Creative Lifeline, with energy spent on half (½) of Music, one third (⅓) of Writing and one sixth (⅙) of Imagery/Design!
Also, found a great combo of outlets of all the same, perfectly summarized thru Featured Resources over at my LinkedIn Profile! In the paths taken, of this “product/process-dev’t” combo, I also made a truly lovely discovery, finding a platform for a GREAT One Page Summary, supporting Clarity, Concrete, and Coolness in One Go / One Page!
Together with that, also a balanced way of getting private donations to support my Open Access sharing. I do not take payments for a direct service-to-cash transaction. I only accept donations, as in “micro-scholarships”, to support my way forward towards my intended Formal Research, aiming for Fall 2023 - both for Everydayness Flow and Long-Term Investing.
(With the baseline Unemployment Insurance/Sick Leave monies to-be-returned with the recent Authority Glitch, with the denial my Doctor’s Statement on the need for a balanced formal work training, to estimate my levels of Work Capacity, I need that added support since our family is suffering a lot, living on the very narrow path socio-economically. In fact we are “Bumble-Beeing” right now, living on the “impossible” … No whining - Just as a “Let It Be” Sentiment, to borrow one of those Beatles References that always is there to comfort you … )
💭 When it comes to Insights and Reflections on stuffs relevant to the Societal, Cultural, Economical, Political and Institutional Dev’t of the World, I intend to find ways to return my Monday Macroscope Writeups, summarizing the last week’s developments, in an integrated manner. A single attempt of that, many years ago - now returning, systematically!
Since it is a mix of the Personal Experiences and Generic Comments of “The Surrounding World” at different levels*, I will probably get that going here as well, at the beginning of next year!
